JupyterHub Setup and Management Scripts for Linux based OpS.
## Jconf
JupyterHub Management Script. Installs jupyterhub to /opt and manages systemd service. Can also create and delete system linked hub users.

Simple python virtual environment manager. Can create an env using locally installed python binary. Automatically installs the env as jupyter kernel for use in jlab and jnotebook.
